Audition training.

Participants receive two 30-minute sessions with Kanttila Management’s founder and CEO, Kalle Kanttila, and a professional accompanist. Drawing on his experience in artist management, Kalle offers practical feedback on repertoire selection, musical presentation and stage presence. The sessions complement singers’ ongoing training by considering their audition programmes from a casting perspective: which repertoire best represents their abilities, what communicates most effectively, and how they can present themselves clearly and confidently. Singers who book the optional casting director audition can use the sessions to prepare their repertoire in advance.
