Casting director audition.

On the final day of each Bavarian Opera Academy workshop, participants who book the optional audition sing for a casting director from a leading European opera house. Each singer has the opportunity to sing at least 2 arias, and auditions typically last 15-20 minutes. After the performance of their arias, the singers then receive individual feedback from the Casting Director about their performance.
